Spring!

Finally used my flower + cat kimono fabric I purchased last year. Took me a while to figure out how I wanted to use it when I took a look at my closet and saw a need for more work appropriate tops. And thus was born...a color block blouse! 

This just may be my new favorite hand-made clothing item and it's perfect for spring :)

Cat lady PJs

Finally went to a fabric store recently to buy materials for christmas presents and stumbled upon this purrfect piece of scrap fabric =^.^= 

I didn't know what to do with it initially, but was given the suggestion of PJs. 

And I do love my PJs. 

  

I tried making them in the style of capri sweatpants so not only is there an elastic waistband, but also an elastic cuff for the legs. Aaaaand more homemade quirkiness: I didn't realize the pattern was upside down until I finished. Doesn't matter, still meowvelous. 

Comfort Cat

My friend has been having a rough few days, so I wanted to make something to cheer her up. I really didn't know what to do, but I came across a crochet cat bookmark that I thought was cute and chose it. I ended up shortening the tail because I felt it was too long and I added a small heart.



Cats are <3. Cheer up!
