Cat lady PJs

Finally went to a fabric store recently to buy materials for christmas presents and stumbled upon this purrfect piece of scrap fabric =^.^= 

I didn't know what to do with it initially, but was given the suggestion of PJs. 

And I do love my PJs. 

  

I tried making them in the style of capri sweatpants so not only is there an elastic waistband, but also an elastic cuff for the legs. Aaaaand more homemade quirkiness: I didn't realize the pattern was upside down until I finished. Doesn't matter, still meowvelous. 

All Ends Whale

I started making whale printed PJ shorts a long time ago, but I felt I cut them too short so the project was tossed to the side until I found my solution: lace!

I've started putting little tags on clothes I make :)

Finished product!! It only took...half a year >.<

JoAnn's had flannel fabrics on sale and since I had a couple weeks off in April, I decided to make some matching PJ shorts for my little sister and myself. I've never made shorts before, so it was quite the adventure trying to make a pattern from an existing pair.

When I showed my brother, he got the crazy idea that we should all match so...with the remaining fabric [and then some] I made him a man-tank :)

Needless to say, we are FABulous
